Production
While the chemistry and design of the Medis Power Pack are the truly
unique technologies, the assembly is no less sophisticated. In high
volume, the Medis Power Pack will be produced on a fully automated assembly
line, with the ability to produce a Power Pack every 1.5 seconds. To

line for fuel cell products.
Medis has joined together with leading manufacturers
and component suppliers to be first in the field for fully automated
fuel cell production.
The first quarter of 2006 marked the beginning of semi-automated manufacturing
of thousands of Medis "24/7" Power Packs per month at our
plant in Lod, Israel. We are continuing to produce Medis "24/7"
Power Packs for presenting to thousands of potential customers as part
of our marketing program.
Our fully automated line, with capacity of 1.5 million
Medis "24/7" Power Packs per month was constructed by Ismeca
and delivered to Celestica,
who will manage it in their facility in Ireland. Auxiliary lines for
fuel, electrode framing and crimping have also been constructioned,
and these are capable of supporting as many as three automated lines
when fully operational. We have started working with our vendors to
prepare for constructing additional assembly lines to be placed in the
same facility in Ireland.
