Medis Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: MDTL) is dedicated to the development of unique technologies designed to improve the quality of life in the energy and medical fields. Our first commercial product is the Medis 24-7 Power Pack; a portable fuel cell energy source for handheld electronics applications, which will be available in 2008.

More Energy
More Energy, Medis' fuel cell subsidiary, was formed in 1998. More Energy developed a proprietary direct liquid fuel cell (DLFC) technology which lead to creating the world's first consumer fuel cell portable power product -- the Medis 24-7 Power Pack. We continue to develop our DLFC technology and intend to expand our product offerings in the future. (see Medis future products section)

Cell Kinetics
Cell Kinetics Ltd. began its activity in 2006 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Medis Technologies (www.medistechnologies.com, NASDAQ: MDTL). The company was formed for the purpose of development and commercializing its unique CellScan technology, including the cell carrier technology incorporated in its flagship product, the CellChip.

The Company operates in Israel and is focused on realizing its technology to meet the requirements of the fast-growing cell-based assays market. By offering a new affordable approach to kinetics monitoring at the single cell level, the CellChip technolgoy opens a new horizon in life science research and medical diagnostics.

Medis is a Delaware Corporation organized in April 1992. Executive offices are located in New York, USA and subsidiary companies Medisel, More Energy and Cell Kinetics are situated in Lod, Israel.
